DESCRIPTION
We currently have an opening for CONTRACT PHP/Drupal Developers to join our growing team of front-end developers reporting to our Director of Technical Architecture.
As a PHP/Drupal Developer, you must be able to follow our code standards and implement custom features to satisfy client need.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and refine requirements with the team, implementing and maintaining a wide range of dynamic and interactive websites.
- Optimize for speed and compatibility; adding features that contribute to the website without sacrificing quality.
- Assist clients with the formulation of their web strategies.
- Work within project management schedules to meet deadlines.

Collaborate with other members of our team to ensure consistency with the overall goals of each project and client expectations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- 3+ years of experience with PHP Development.
- Experience with DHTML, DOM, JavaScript, W3C standards and browser compatibility.
- Proven experience developing sites with Drupal. WordPress experience is an asset
- Good understanding of MySQL
- Experience with the full life cycle of software development.
- Ability to install you own tools, compile and maintain your own code.
- SEO experience an asset
- Solid understanding of subversion and regression testing.
- Strong communication, problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to focus under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
- Multitasking and adaptable to switch between projects.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Sense of humour and a positive attitude.
